Warranty

Dear customer,

Thank you for purchasing this Platinum Product, which has been designed and manufactured to the ISO9001:2000 Quality Standards. If, unfortunately, something should go wrong with this product, or it is not working correctly, or alternatively is defective, please contact your supplying Platinum products dealer, who will provide you with the necessary information required on how to proceed.

In the case of repair, this will be on a free of charge basis, covering labor and replacement parts during the guarantee period of 12 months starting from the date of purchase and covering invoice.

In order to avoid unnecessary inconvenience, we advise you to read the operating instructions carefully before contacting your Dealer. Please note that guarantee will not be applicable where (in case) the product has not been handled properly for its intended use in accordance with the operating instructions. Guarantee applies only upon presentation of the original invoice or cash receipt, indicating date purchase, dealer’s name, model and serial number of the product.

In addition the guarantee may not apply if:
. The documents have been altered in any way or made illegible.
. The model or serial number has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
. Repairs or product modifications and alterations have been executed by unauthorized persons, or service organizations.
. Damage is caused by accidents including but not limited to lightning, water or fire, misuse or neglect.
. Any modifications have been made to the product to comply with local or national technical standards, which apply in countries for which the product was not originally designed and/ or manufactured. Please check thoroughly whether the product is suitable for operation in your country.

No responsibility is assumed for any accidental or consequential loss or damage including but not limited to loss of data.

Please note in the case of complaints which can be related to mis-operation, the cost involved for evaluation and where applicable, cost involved for forwarding might be charged.
